Policies - PremiumAlts
Digital Products
All products offered through PremiumAlts are digital goods delivered electronically (e.g. game accounts, login credentials or digital content).
By completing the order, the buyer expressly agrees that the delivery of the digital content begins immediately.
The buyer acknowledges that any right of withdrawal expires once the login credentials have been provided.
No Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of digital goods, there is no right of withdrawal once the account or login credentials have been delivered.
All sales are final upon successful delivery.
Warranty
PremiumAlts provides a standard warranty of 14 days from the time of successful delivery of login credentials for all offered accounts.
If the provided account becomes inaccessible within this period through no fault of the buyer, PremiumAlts will provide a replacement account of comparable value.
A refund of the purchase price is generally excluded.
Extended Warranty
For selected products, an extended warranty ("Lifetime Warranty") can be purchased.
This extends the warranty period beyond the standard warranty.
In the event of a warranty claim, PremiumAlts will provide a replacement account of comparable value or an alternative solution at its own discretion.
Exclusion of Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided, except in exceptional cases after review by our support team.
No entitlement to a refund exists in particular for: incorrect purchases or wrongly ordered accounts, change of mind after purchase, problems caused by the buyer, and actions by game publishers or platform operators.
Contact with Game Publisher
The buyer agrees not to contact the support of the respective game publisher or platform operator.
If the buyer contacts publisher support or attempts to recover the account through the publisher, the warranty expires completely.
