Prices
All prices are displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.
Any fees from payment providers will be displayed during the ordering process.
Section 5
Warranty
Standard Warranty
PremiumAlts provides a standard warranty of 14 days from the time of successful delivery of login credentials for all offered accounts.
During this warranty period, PremiumAlts guarantees that the provided account is accessible and functional.
If the account becomes inaccessible within this period through no fault of the buyer, PremiumAlts will provide a replacement account of comparable value.
A refund of the purchase price is generally excluded.
Extended Warranty (Lifetime Warranty)
For selected products, an extended warranty ("Lifetime Warranty") can be purchased.
This extends the warranty period to an unlimited duration.
In the event of a warranty claim, PremiumAlts will provide a replacement account of comparable value or an alternative solution at its own discretion, even after the standard warranty has expired.
The Lifetime Warranty:
- Applies only to the original buyer
- Is not transferable
- Applies exclusively to the loss of account access
Section 6
Warranty Exclusions and Fair Use Policy
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover issues caused by the buyer, including but not limited to:
- Changing important account data (e.g. email, password or security information)
- Resale, sharing or transfer of the account to third parties
- Use of cheats, exploits or other unauthorized methods
- Violations of the terms of service of the respective game publisher
- Improper use of the account
- Voluntary changes or deletion of account content
- Sharing account credentials with third parties
The warranty also expires if the buyer contacts the support of the respective game publisher or platform operator or attempts to recover, reset or verify the account through the publisher.
Fair Use Policy
PremiumAlts provides warranty services within the framework of fair use.
The warranty serves exclusively to protect against rare technical problems or unforeseen loss of account access.
PremiumAlts reserves the right to limit or deny warranty services if:
- Replacement accounts are repeatedly requested
- Abuse of the warranty system is suspected
- An unusually high number of warranty claims occur
The decision to provide a replacement account is at the sole discretion of PremiumAlts.
Replacement Solutions
In the event of a warranty claim, PremiumAlts reserves the right to provide an appropriate solution at its own discretion.
This may include:
- Provision of a replacement account
- Provision of an account of comparable value
- An alternative solution
There is no entitlement to a specific account or a refund.
Section 7
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the login credentials have been delivered.
Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases after review by our support team.
Incorrect purchases, wrongly ordered accounts or changes of mind do not entitle the buyer to a return.
Section 8
Publisher Risk
The buyer acknowledges that purchasing game accounts may violate the terms of service of the respective game publisher.
PremiumAlts is not responsible for actions taken by the game publisher, including:
- Account bans
- Restrictions
- Resets
- Changes to account status
Such actions do not constitute a warranty claim.
Section 9
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue our services, products or prices at any time without prior notice.
We shall not be liable to users or third parties for any modifications, price changes or discontinuation of a service.
Section 10
Third Party Links and Content
Our website may contain links or content from third party providers.
We assume no responsibility for:
- Content from third party providers
- Availability of external websites
- Privacy practices of these providers
Transactions or complaints related to third party providers must be resolved directly with the respective provider.

Limitation of Liability
